I used a distinctive form, both nostalgic and modern, to create this home on a tight urban lot. The entire house is designed for movement, rest, views and reflection. Upstairs, opening up strategic outdoor views, continued to drive the design. This house respects the street with its restraint of incorporating an existing historical structure.
